Charles P. Wolf, O.D.

Dr. Wolf graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. He is DPA and TPA certified by the State Board of Optometry. Dr. Wolf has been in private practice in the East Valley of San Jose for over 30 years. He is a past President of the Santa Clara County Optometric Society as well as past President of the East Valley Lions Club and past Director of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
